Online Paper Submission System http://icnc-fskd2006.elite.sg/
Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts written in English. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted to elsewhere for possible publication. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Authors should use the Latex style files or MS-Word templates provided by the Spring Lecture Notes to format their papers. ICNC'06-FSKD'06 conference proceedings will be published in Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI), respectively. (All accepted papers at ICNC'05-FSKD'05 published in LNCS/LNAI are indexed by SCI.) Furthermore, a selected number of authors will be invited to expand and revise their papers for possible inclusions in peer-reviewed international journals or edited books.

All papers should be submitted electronically via Online Paper Submission System. There is no page limit for the submission. Please upload the paper in one of the following fomats : (1) a PDF file of your paper, (2) either the RTF file (please zip it to reduce the file size for faster uploading) or all associated Latex files (i.e., eps, bib, sty, etc, zipped together as a single file for uploading). Kindly name your pdf file Pxxxx.pdf, your rtf file Pxxxx.rtf, and your zip file Pxxxx.zip or Pxxxx.rar, where Pxxxx is your PaperID. An rtf file can be obtained in Word by saving the file as an rtf file.
For each accepted paper, you should email a scanned copy of a signed copyright form to info@icnc-fskd2006.org by 15 June 2006. Please first find out by which conference (ICNC'06 or FSKD'06) your paper is accepted from Accepting List (those papers without registrations will be excluded later). Then select the appropriate copyright form (ICNC'06 Copyright Form; FSKD'06 Copyright Form). Please note that the area of your paper may have been changed from your original preference, due to the recommendation of the Program Committee. If there are multiple authors for the same paper, one of the author may sign the copyright form on behalf of all authors. The signature can be in any language.
