Xi'an Xianyang International Airport is about 50 km (50 minutes) from the city center.
For you arrive:
Airport Bus from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport to Tang Cheng Hotel is provided every one hour from 08:45am to 02:45pm at RMB25.00.
After 02:45pm, there is an airport bus to Bell Tower every one hour at RMB25.00. In this case, you can take taxi from Bell Tower to Tang Cheng Hotel at about RMB10.00.
